Jitesh Chavan is a Pune-based Chief Operating Officer, entrepreneur, and business transformation leader. Across more than 12 years, he has worked at the intersection of operations, technology, growth, and leadership—building companies and teams that perform across markets, time zones, and stages of growth.

His career spans AI-enabled professional education, B2B growth, online learning, industrial automation, leadership consulting, precision engineering, and manufacturing quality. That range shaped a practical operating philosophy: understand the system end to end, identify the constraint, give people clear ownership, and use technology where it creates measurable leverage.
