Cost reduction
AI and RPA-led workflows reduced processing teams from 10 people to one.
Chief Operating Officer · Global Operator
12+ years building the systems, teams, and growth engines that take EdTech, SaaS, and AI-enabled businesses from early stage to global scale. When the opportunity is too important to execute halfway, I build the operating system to win it.
The operating thesis
I translate founder vision into repeatable systems—aligning people, process, data, and AI to make growth predictable, efficient, and global.
About Jitesh Chavan
Jitesh Chavan is a Pune-based Chief Operating Officer, entrepreneur, and business transformation leader. Across more than 12 years, he has worked at the intersection of operations, technology, growth, and leadership—building companies and teams that perform across markets, time zones, and stages of growth.
His career spans AI-enabled professional education, B2B growth, online learning, industrial automation, leadership consulting, precision engineering, and manufacturing quality. That range shaped a practical operating philosophy: understand the system end to end, identify the constraint, give people clear ownership, and use technology where it creates measurable leverage.
At AIGPE®, Jitesh leads operations, delivery, growth, and automation for a certification platform serving professionals worldwide. Previously, he co-founded SalesFlint and TheLearningBit, advised CXOs on go-to-market and digital transformation, and scaled an industrial automation business sixfold in 18 months.

The ascent
Move through the milestones. What began with engineering precision became an operating system for global scale.
2010—2015 · Assemblon + Norbar
Quality assurance and technical sales built the discipline: understand the system, find the failure point, and make every outcome measurable.
The operator is forged before the title arrives.
2015—2018 · School of Inspirational Leadership
Working alongside CXOs revealed the human side of transformation—how leaders create alignment, shift behavior, and turn strategy into collective action.
Systems move faster when people believe in the destination.
2018—2019 · Varad Automation & Robotics
A technical product became a commercial growth engine through sharper positioning, channel expansion, and relentless enterprise execution.
Disciplined operations can bend the growth curve.
2019—2024 · SalesFlint + TheLearningBit
Two ventures, one thesis: combine customer truth, distributed talent, technology, and repeatable delivery to build beyond geographic limits.
Founder mode turned experience into enterprises.
2024—Now · AIGPE®
Today, Jitesh owns the full operating system—growth, delivery, automation, and teams—using AI to make international scale dramatically more efficient.

Frequently asked
Jitesh works on high-stakes challenges where growth has created operational complexity: unclear ownership, fragmented workflows, rising delivery costs, disconnected teams, unpredictable execution, or a strategy that has not yet become an operating reality. He builds the systems, rhythms, metrics, and accountability needed to scale with control.
When founder ambition is outgrowing the current operating model; when a business is preparing to scale, automate, enter new markets, or improve profitability; or when a capable team needs a clearer execution engine. His value is not limited to one industry—the common thread is a meaningful transformation that requires disciplined delivery.
He begins with the business outcome, not the technology. First he understands the workflow, constraint, risk, and human decisions involved. Then he applies AI or automation where it can measurably improve speed, quality, cost, insight, or customer experience—while keeping ownership and governance clear.
He combines engineering precision, founder empathy, commercial judgment, and hands-on execution. He can move between board-level priorities and workflow-level details, translate ambiguity into accountable action, and build systems that teams can actually use—not strategies that live only in presentations.
